ABOUT THE EVENT
Step into a world where magic of music meets the art of performance at Autumn Crescendo,
an extraordinary celebration of creativity and community. This year, we’re bringing together
popular and emerging musical talents from the region for an unforgettable night on the big
stage. Expect a rich lineup spanning all genres- Indie, POP, Country, RAP and electrifying
DJ sets etc.
But that’s not all- this event is more than just music. Our event will be buzzing with vibrant
energy, featuring creative/dazzling costumed performers. Explore a variety of food and
entertainment stalls, giving you a taste of local flavors and fun. 
With the motto “Experience the Unexperienced”, Autumn Crescendo is an immersive journey
into the true art of performance. Apart from the performing artists on stage, the event will
also be filled with content creators/influencers who are inspirational to many. The event will
most importantly work forward to promote behind the scene artist like photographers,
videographers, event planner etc- to celebrate, promote and inspire through this platform
—to craft an unforgettable experience. Join us as we celebrate the end of autumn with
music, art, and joy.

Refund policy
A Legal Disclaimer
At Autumn Crescendo, we aim to provide an enjoyable and unforgettable experience
for all attendees. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your
ticket.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for
tickets purchased, except in the circumstances outlined below.
1.2 Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Tickets must be used by the original purchaser or registered attendees.
2. Event Cancellation
2.1 Full Refunds for Cancellations: If Autumn Crescendo is canceled due to
unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, or safety
concerns), we will provide a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment
method.
2.2 Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the choice
to:
Use their existing tickets for the rescheduled date.
Request a refund within 24 hours of the rescheduled date announcement.
3. Event Changes

3.1 Lineup or Schedule Changes: Changes to the event lineup, performers, or
schedule do not qualify for a refund. We strive to provide the best possible
experience, but unexpected changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our
control.
4. COVID-19 and Health-Related Refunds
4.1 Government Restrictions: If government regulations or public health concerns
(e.g., COVID-19) require the event to be canceled or postponed, we will issue full
refunds or offer the option to transfer tickets to a future date.
4.2 Personal Health Issues: Refunds will not be granted for personal health reasons
(e.g., illness, injury, or exposure to COVID-19) unless a doctor’s certificate is
provided. Requests must be submitted at least 24 Hours before the event.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Refund Request Process: If your ticket purchase qualifies for a refund based on
the conditions listed above, please contact us at info@kventuresdimapur.in within 24
Hours of the event or rescheduling announcement.
5.2 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving
your refund request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method
used for the purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
VIP or special package tickets.
Merchandise purchased at the event or pre-ordered items.
Service fees charged by third-party vendors or ticketing platforms.
